Purpose
The purpose of this reflection exercise is to give you the opportunity to synthesize your learning from the Inclusive Teaching Toolbox webinar series and consider how you have applied or will apply it in your teaching practice. This reflection exercise will help you close the loop on this professional development effort and articulate its impact on your growth as a scholarly teacher who engages in research-based, inclusive, and equitable teaching. We encourage you to use your reflection responses in your annual review documents and your teaching portfolio/philosophy.
