We are excited that you are considering applying for the 2023-24 Adjunct Faculty Fellowship, and we look forward to learning more about you.
In addition to your name and email, the application contains three sections:

- Challenges: What issues related to teaching and/or learning do you believe are particularly relevant or challenging to faculty who teach on a part-time basis?
- Ideas – Solutions: Describe a possible solution that comes to mind when you think about a challenge you described in the previous question?
- Contribution / Usefulness: How might your work as a Faculty Fellow contribute to the mission of the CTL and/or the broader community of adjunct faculty?
- Community: A key aspect of this fellowship is participation in a cohort of five CTL Fellows. How might you benefit from participating in this Faculty Fellow learning community? What might you offer to the Fellows in your cohort?
- Dissemination: What are some possible ways you can share your work as a CTL Fellow with others?
- Reflection on Impact: How might your Fellowship experiences impact your professional development, your colleagues, or your confidence and competence as a teacher?
