There are a number of places where you can turn with questions about technology and how to use it well in your duties as a teaching assistant. The Center for Teaching and Learning exists to work with instructors as they teach, and as they use and integrate technologies into their teaching. The CTL has many trained instructional technology consultants who can help you as you learn new tools to use them well in your teaching, and can work with you and your faculty supervisor to think about tools and strategies that can be used in your courses.Â
The UITS Support Center is available to help with your technology issues, bugs, and problems as you need assistance. Do not hesitate to contact them with your problems accessing a system, issues related to an online service or software. Also, check with your program or department to see who the local IT support provider may be - they will be your first call with technological issues with problems related to office or departmental computers.Â
