Join us for the Career Competencies Faculty Showcase, an engaging event that highlights how instructors are helping students build valuable, real‑world skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving, right in their courses. The showcase celebrates practical teaching approaches that connect academic learning to life beyond graduation.
Faculty from the 2025 Faculty Learning Community, led by Patricia Turley and Sydney Kadinger, will share their projects through visually engaging infographics. These displays highlight student learning outcomes, faculty reflections, and practical insights that others can adapt for their own courses.
The showcase will take place on Friday, April 17, at 10 a.m. in the Center for Teaching and Learning, University Library, room 1125. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to RSVP.
Join your colleagues for conversation, collaboration, and an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding and innovative work of our faculty.
